We are so excited to welcome Cristian Maddalena from Siro Pacenti, one of our favorite producers of Brunello in Montalcino! Siro Pacenti's winery is located on the northern side of Montalcino, near their Pellagrilli vineyard, which produces incredibly aromatic, elegant wines. They also have some land on the southern side of Montalcino, in Piancornello, which gives richer, more structured wines. We will dive into all of their iterations of Sangiovese, including their show-stopping 2010 'Vecchie Vigne' Brunello, which received 100 points from James Suckling.
