We are so excited to welcome Marina Marcarino from Punset in Barbaresco to the restaurant on Tuesday, November 12th! Punset is located in the commune of Neive in Barbaresco. Marina comes from a family with long history of winemaking, but her father Renzo was the first to bottle wines for purchase outside the family. Marina was a pioneer as well, being the first to convert all the vineyards to organic farming. She has since gone even further, preferring biodynamic practices, and minimizing the use of copper and sulfur. She is a true trailblazer, with 30 years of experience in coaxing out the natural beauty of each vintage and capturing it in a bottle. We'll complement a four course meal with of all the classics: Arneis, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and a few of her stellar Barbarescos. This dinner is going to be a special one.
