We are pleased to feature the wines of Maculan at Barolo Grill on Tuesday, April 30th. For three generations, the Maculan family has been selecting and vinifying the best grapes in Breganze, and enchanting village at the foot of the Asiago high plains in the Veneto, where extremely mild climate favors the cultivation of vines and olive trees. They are known for producing a special dessert wine called Torcolato, in which the Vespaiolo grapes are uniquely hung to dry and concentrate from above in a twisted fashion. Torcolato is unique to Maculan, and it is spectacular, as are all of the dry wines that they also produce. Join us as we welcome Angela Maculan, and present a fantastic flight of her family’s wines, accompanied by a delicous meal.
